Towne Jewelry Repair Facilities
Towne Jewelers is proud to offer on-site full service jewelry repair. We have an experienced jeweler on staff during hours of operation and we can do everything from a simple repair such as solder, refinish/polish, ring sizing on to something more complex such as setting diamonds and colored stones, even rebuilding/constructing an entire piece of jewelry. We have a fully equipped shop including laser welder and the expertise to restore your favorite well worn piece of jewelry back into like new condition.
Towne Watch Repair Services
We can provide simple repairs on premises such as battery replacement, gasket replacement or strap replacement. If your watch requires further service we utilize a local watchmaker. First we will have your watch examined by our watchmaker and upon receiving the diagnosis we will call you to give the estimate. If you agree we will have the work completed, if you decline repairs we will return your watch to you at no cost. Repairs are guaranteed one year from the date of completion.
Insurance Documentation
Our gold and platinum jewelry (over $1,000) comes with documentation giving a detailed description of the jewelry and a statement of replacement cost assigned by a Graduate Gemologist (GIA). This documentation is designed to satisfy the requirements of your Insurance agent for coverage of your jewelry. If your Insurance agent requires their own form to be filled out please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate this request.
We Buy
We will buy your old gold jewelry, diamonds and select fine Swiss watches. We offer top dollar and pay on the spot for that jewelry that is just sitting in your drawer or will offer you an even more liberal trade credit if you wish to apply it to a purchase.
